You can contact your vendor via our ticket system:

Once your order has been collected from the vendor, your order is in the hands of the shipping company / postal system. These are third party companies and vendors have no control over their processes nor any more insight than the tracking information (if available).

Once shipped, if you have a question regarding delivery please contact the courier using the tracking information supplied (if available with your order).

Couriers update their information at points along the journey, so your order may be closer to you than the tracking suggests.

Please keep in mind that our products are not off the shelf items and our vendors are mostly family businesses with handmade or small batch production products. They do their very best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Order status complete means your order has been shipped and is in the delivery network on the way to you. When the website sends you an email to confirm your has been shipped the order status changes to complete.

Handmade & Personalised Gift Delivery = Process Time + Shipping Time

For handmade and personalised items there will be a process time required to make & personalise your gift before your item is shipped. Where possible the process time will be shown on the product page (your item will be shipped in).

Our marketplace vendors & suppliers are based in a variety of locations including Ireland, UK and Mainland Europe.

Typically, once shipped, orders are delivered in 2 – 3 Working Days if a vendor is based in Ireland and delivering to Ireland.

For international orders, vendors and suppliers based in UK & Mainland Europe allow up to 10 days once shipped. That said, we will do all we can to get your item as fast as possible. Many of our sellers will support post tracking and will advise you by email of your tracking code.

Each seller on sets their own delivery charge. This will be made clear during the checkout process.

Some of our Vendors & Suppliers are UK based. All prices exclude local taxes and charges (unless stated on the product page) as per our terms and conditions . You will be contacted by shipping carrier regarding collection of the appropriate fees on order entry into the EU / Ireland.

When shipped, you will be supplied with your tracking information.

Once the order has been collected from the workshop, your order is in the hands of the shipping company. These are external companies and we have no input into the delivery process once your order is with them.

If you have a question regarding delivery please contact the carrier / courier using the tracking information supplied.

Order In EU But Not Arrived Yet or Overdue?
If your order has arrived in EU and you have not been contacted by the carrier, you will need to contact the carrier regarding any fees due as there may have been a communication error from them. This is the most likely reason your order has not been delivered.

National Carriers Royal Mail & An Post
If you have a Royal Mail Tracking No, once order has arrived in Ireland, you can use the Royal Mail Tracking No in the An Post tracking system.

We use Stripe to process our payments. Stripe supports most popular credit and debit cards.
