Handmade & Personalised Gift Delivery = Process Time + Shipping Time

For handmade and personalised items there will be a process time required to make & personalise your gift before your item is shipped. Where possible the process time will be shown on the product page (your item will be shipped in).

Our marketplace vendors & suppliers are based in a variety of locations including Ireland, UK and Mainland Europe.

Typically, once shipped, orders are delivered in 2 – 3 Working Days if a vendor is based in Ireland and delivering to Ireland.

For international orders, vendors and suppliers based in UK & Mainland Europe allow up to 10 days once shipped. That said, we will do all we can to get your item as fast as possible. Many of our sellers will support post tracking and will advise you by email of your tracking code.

Each seller on sets their own delivery charge. This will be made clear during the checkout process.

Many of our Vendors & Suppliers are UK based. We are working hard with our suppliers to include all appropriate charges in the price you are charged at the checkout. However there is little guidance available from The EU, Ireland or UK authorities at the moment as to how this will work. For now, all prices exclude local taxes and charges as per our terms and conditions.

We use Stripe to process our payments. Stripe supports most popular credit and debit cards.

We protect you information using SSL technology. Our SSL Certificate employs industry-standard 128/256-bit encryption strength and a 2048-bit signature key.
