If you carrier is An Post and they have not alerted you or sent you your customs ref no, you can ring their customer service team for your customs reference no. 353 (1) 705 7600
With your customs ref no & tracking code go to the web address below, pay the fee due and An Post will release your post for delivery.

Write returns number on the outside of the packaging (Mandatory), please use original packaging if possible and enclose original documentation received – write on the back the reason for the return (This is not mandatory). Please ensure you remove our labels from the packaging.
Post the item to your vendor and obtain a proof of postage receipt.
Your vendor will issue your refund within 14 days.
